This is so surreal and beautiful, that jurassic coastline down in Dorset has some spectacular views.
My only critique would be that the reflection in the water should be more defined.

Nice work. If you look at water and sky together you will see they sky is generally captured by the water too.

Great shot! It does look very processed though, the lighting on it is really off. And it looks like you messed with where the water meets the rock on the left side =x And possibly made the sky too bright in comparison to the rest of the image? (Though the sky looks lovely!) I'd love to see the original image as well!
